Pixton is a web 2.0 tool that can be used to do a couple things. One it can be used to create cartoons/comic books. Two it can be used as a educational tool for teachers. Three it can be used to manage time and money.
I find that this is a good web tool although it seems a little childish because you can only do cartoon versions.
