Ztail is a web 2.0 tool that can be used for 3 things. One get price checks on used items. Two sell items online that have been price checked. Three Buy things online at cheaper prices than other stores.
All in all its a okay web tool but I dont see any way of making a contract like deal that if the other person backs out you can get compensation.
